Dr. Saxena grew up in the beautiful, multicultural Canadian city of Montreal. She is fluent in English and French. She is a devoted mom and wife and has lived in Loudoun County for the past 7 years. From a very young age she knew she wanted to be a dentist and prides herself in providing only the highest quality general and cosmetic dental care with a very gentle touch. What she enjoys most is providing a very personal experience when visiting her office by interacting with her patients and making long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect. She is capable of providing a full range of dental services from basic preventive care to the most advanced surgical procedures. Dr. Saxena’s talent and experience allow her to offer her patients the finest general and cosmetic dentistry in Leesburg, VA. She brings the latest technology to her practice to improve patient safety and comfort. She is certified to do Sedation Dentistry by the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation and certified in Laser Dentistry by the World Clinical Laser Institute. She is Invisalign certified and Implant Dentistry certified from International Congress of Oral Implantologists after completing the Bicon Implants mini-residency.

Sunil Saxena, MD, FACEP

Dr. Saxena grew up in the central Ohio region where his mother was a pediatrician serving the local community for over 20 years. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, practicing in the Washington DC area since 2001. He is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He graduated from medical school at the age of 23 and completed an internship at William Beaumont Hospital (Royal Oak, MI) and a residency at Akron General Medical Center (Akron, OH). Dr. Saxena has extensive business experience have started two companies in the past; the most recent he sold in early 2004. He serves as the President and CEO of Saxena Dental, Inc. and is dedicated to offering the finest general dentistry services in Leesburg, VA. He enjoys tennis, golf, traveling and business.

Dr. Jahangiri has lived most of her life in the Northern Virginia area, and is fluent in English and Farsi (Persian). She Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. She is a member of the American Dental Society, Virginia Dental Society and Northern Virginia Dental Society. Dr. Jahangiri is capable of providing a full range of dental services and is Invisalign Certified. She believes that your dental experience should be pleasant, gentle and stress free. Dr. Jahangiri takes the time to get to know her patients and build long-lasting relationships. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Blaire joined the Elite Smiles Dental team as Office Manager in March 2009, bringing nearly 10 years of customer service and office management experience with her. She is proud to have joined such an experienced team of dental professionals and is excited about the challenging and rewarding opportunities presented here to further her career in medical office management. Outside of work, Blaire is involved in the local Virginia German Shepherd Rescue, Washington Humane Society, and The Humane Society of Loudoun County; she is also a certified Scuba Diver with her Advanced Open Water and Nitrox certifications. Blaire moved to Virginia in 2006 from Long Island, NY where she and her husband purchased their first home in Leesburg, which they share with their two dogs and two cats.
