Insurance Plans Accepted by Elite Smiles General and Cosmetic Dentistry

We accept most insurance plans for cosmetic and general dentistry visits and will gladly process your claim. Please provide this information to the Elite Smiles representative when scheduling your initial visit.

Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill in order to reserve time with the doctor. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

For your convenience, we also accept payments made with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Financing for our general and cosmetic dentistry services in Leesburg, VA is available through Care Credit.
